This nutty, chocolatey bark brings together dark chocolate, our Cocoa & Hazelnut granola, and antioxidant-rich goji berries for an Easter treat that feels indulgent and balanced.

Ingredients
120g bar of dark chocolate
1/2 cup Cocoa & Hazelnut granola
Handful of goji berries & freeze dried raspberries
Handful of pumpkin seeds
Method
Melt the chocolate using the bain marie method
Pour the melted chocolate out onto a baking parchment lined baking tray
Top the chocolate with granola, goji berries and pumpkin seeds
Let set in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours
Once set, break the bark up and share
